U pacientov s vysokým ischemickým rizikom je vhodné operáciu odložiť o šesť mesiacov. Novinkou v odporúčaniach pre trojitú liečbu, DAPT spolu s perorálnym antikoagulačným liekom, je ohraničenie obdobia trojitej liečby na šesť mesiacov.
