Renal denervation in resistant hypertension: revolution in therapy or blind alley?

The article takes an overview of the collected facts regarding prospective methods for the treatment of resistant hypertension: cathether-based renal denervation. Futher the PRAGUE 15 design study is presented and the current position of renal denervation in cardiology is discused.
