Recurrent pericarditis as the first clinic sign of systemic lupus erythematosus.

Recurrent pericarditis is a rare, but major, clinical manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus. We report a case of a young woman with recurrent pericarditis as the first sign of systemic lupus erythematosus.
