Antikoagulačná liečba u pacienta s trombocytopéniou

Antikoagulačná liečba u pacientov s trombocytopéniou predstavuje klinickú výzvu, pri ktorej je potrebné starostlivo vyvážiť riziko krvácania a trombózy. V klinickej praxi sa pri rozhodovaní o antikoagulačnej liečbe berie do úvahy určitý minimálny počet trombocytov; ak počet trombocytov klesne pod túto hodnotu, lekári zvyčajne považujú liečbu za príliš rizikovú. Táto stratégia sa však nezakladá na silných klinických dôkazoch. Trombocytopénie predstavujú heterogénnu skupinu ochorení, ktoré môžu viesť k zvýšenej krvácavosti, no zároveň tieto stavy nevylučujú vznik tranzientných alebo trvalých protrombotických stavov vyžadujúcich profylaktickú alebo liečebnú antikoaguláciu. V tomto prehľadovom článku sumarizujeme aktuálne poznatky o antikoagulačnej liečbe u pacientov s trombocytopéniou.
