Traumatická disekcia koronárnej artérie v športe: Využitie FFRCT a prehľad literatúry

Traumatická disekcia koronárnej artérie (TCAD) je zriedkavá forma poškodenia srdca. Nepenetrujúca trauma hrudníka spôsobujúca disekciu však môže byť nerozpoznaná a podhodnotená. Úloha počítačovej tomografie srdca (CCT) sa stáva čoraz dôležitejšou nielen v diagnostike spontánnej disekcie koronárnej artérie (SCAD), ale aj v diagnostike TCAD. Úloha neinvazívnej CT frakčnej prietokovej rezervy (FFRCT) v tejto oblasti je však menej jasná. FFRCT možno využiť ako nový spôsob hodnotenia, či disekcia obmedzuje prietok. V tejto práci je kazuistika a prehľad literatúry zaoberajúci sa disekciami koronárnych artérií v kontexte športu.
