Indikácie speckle tracking echokardiografie v rutinnej praxi
- Oddelenia neinvazívnej kardiológie, Univerzitná nemocnica Bratislava, Slovenská republika
Potenciál speckle tracking echokardiografie (STE) v praxi nie je dostatočne využitý. Jednou z príčin je slabé povedomie o jej indikáciách a prínose. V prehľadovej publikácii sa uvádzajú indikácie STE podľa oficiálnych dokumentov European Society of Cardiology (ESC), publikovaných v rokoch 2010 - 2021 ("Guidelines" ESC, "Consensus and Position papers", publikované ESC Councils, ESC Working Groups, European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging, Heart Failure Association a iné). STE má najväčší praktický prínos pri diagnostike srdcového zlyhávania so zachovanou ejekčnou frakciou ľavej komory, chemoterapiou indukovanej kardiotoxicity a amyloidózy srdca. Okrem toho sa uvádzajú praktické aspekty použitia STE pri akútnom srdcovom zlyhávaní, aortálnej stenóze, artériovej hypertenzii, dyssynchrónii ľavej komory, fibrilácii predsiení, hypertrofickej kardiomyopatii, Chagasovej chorobe, koronárnych syndrómoch, patológiách pravej komory, reštriktívnej kardiomyopatii, športovom srdci, takotsubo kardiomyopatii a transplantácii srdca.
