Intolerancia statínov

Statínová intolerancia je klinický syndróm, pre ktorý postihnutý nemôže užívať statíny. Rozoberajú sa nežiaduce účinky statínov, ako sú myalgia, myozitída a rabdomyolýza, tiež príčinné faktory svalovej toxicity statínov, ďalej ich nežiaduce účinky v centrálnom nervovom systéme, ale i v ďalších orgánových systémoch. Autori rozoberajú rizikové faktory intolerancie statínov (endogénne a exogénne), ďalej diagnostiku statínovej intolerancie a napokon aj liečebný prístup k týmto chorým. Zhrnuli vedomosti o tejto problematike.
