Úvod k FFR-CT HeartFlow

Príchod neinvazívnej, výpočtovo odvodenej frakčnej prietokovej rezervy z počítačovej tomografie (FFR-CT) predstavuje prelom v klinickej diagnosticko-neinvazívnej medicíne. FFR-CT je odvodené zo štandardných pokojových koronárnych CT skenov bez potreby použitia ďalších farmakologických liečiv a invazívnych vyšetrovacích metód. Táto technológia predstavuje významný pokrok v kardiológii. Štúdie preukázali, že FFR-CT prispieva k podstatnému zníženiu miery falošne pozitívnych výsledkov spojených s CT koronarografiou (CCTA), čím sa zvyšuje presnosť diagnóz. Táto práca má za cieľ ponúknuť prehľad zobrazovacej techniky FFR-CT, konkrétne so zameraním sa na validovanú metodiku HeartFlow. Zameriava sa na princípy, klinické indikácie a kontraindikácie FFR-CT a podrobnejšie rozoberá použitie metódy v klinických situáciách, ako akútny koronárny syndróm, disekcia koronárnej artérie, koronárna anomália a ischemická choroba srdca.
