Katétrový uzáver uška ľavej predsiene

Chronická perorálna antikoagulačná liečba je jeden z hlavných pilierov prevencie trombembolických príhod u pacientov s fibriláciou predsiení. Na druhej strane je táto liečba asociovaná so zvýšeným rizikom hemoragických komplikácií a aj napriek pokroku v podobe priamych orálnych antikoagulancií, ostáva viac ako jedna tretina pacientov s fibriláciou predsiení neliečená. Za poslednú dekádu sa perkutánny uzáver uška ľavej predsiene stal validnou alternatívou antikoagulačnej liečby v rámci prevencie cievnej mozgovej príhody/systémovej embólie u pacientov s fibriláciou predsiení. Tento článok poskytuje prehľad dvoch najčastejšie používaných systémov určených pre katétrový uzáver uška ľavej predsiene a výsledkov z ich randomizovaných štúdií a registrov so zameraním na účinnosť a bezpečnosť.
