Ischemická choroba srdca - čo ponúka liečba hypertenzie?

Ischemická choroba srdca (ICHS) je najčastejším ochorením spôsobujúcim v klinickej praxi najvyššiu morbiditu a mortalitu. Arteriálna hypertenzia patrí k najčastejším rizikovým faktorom ICHS spolu s dyslipidémiou. Len prevenciou vzniku/progresie ICHS vďaka dobrej liečbe kardiovaskulárnych rizikových faktorov, osobitne hypertenzie, ovplyvníme priaznivo kardiovaskulárnu prognózu postihnutých. Článok opisuje, akým spôsobom hypertenzia podporuje vývoj ICHS a vznik jej príhod. Súčasne ponúka liečebný prístup k pacientovi s hypertenziou a ICHS súčasne. Osobitne sa tu v liečbe zdôrazňuje úloha betablokátora a ACE inhibítora, pripomína sa úloha liečebnej adherencie k tejto liečbe a článok sa v tomto smere zameriava na fixnú kombináciu bisoprololu-perindoprilu v jednej tablete.
