Preeklampsia a kardiovaskulárne ochorenia - následok alebo príčina
- II. Gynekologicko-pôrodníckej klinika LFUK a UNB, Nemocnica Ružinov, Bratislava, Slovenská republika
Autor prináša súhrn nových poznatkov o patomechanizme preeklampsie a jej dôsledkov na kardiovaskulárny systém. V súčasnosti sa hromadia dôkazy, že preeklampsia nie je len ochorenie trofoblastu, s následnou aktiváciou endotelu matky, ale dôležitú úlohu tu má aj sám materský organizmus a jeho enzymatická výbava. Najmä ženy so závažnou včasnou preeklampsiou sú vysoko rizikové pre rozvoj kardiovaskulárnych ochorení v budúcnosti, na čo by bolo vhodné myslieť pri tvorbe preventívnych programov.
